We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Green Egg purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, charcoal and wood products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return request process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items and any EGGcessories in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
